Wow … has it really almost been a month since I showed my face here? Honestly, I’m over all the excuses, but I will be nice enough to tell you why I’ve been away from posting. I just haven’t been in the mood lately. I have a good three or four posts waiting in the wings, but I just couldn’t muster up enough energy to put the finishing touches on any of them. My bestie got married. Believe me, I’m still floored she got hitched before I did. I’m still going through some Unemployment Insurance issues tha.

“What is ShoeDazzle?” ShoeDazzle.com is an monthly service orientated website, created by TV personality, model and Fashionista, Kim Kardashian. OK. I came across ShoeDazzle through … well, I don’t really remember, but I’m sure it was through an Ad on someones beauty site. In fact I know it was. Funny thing is, my cousin had sent me the same link a few months ago. I remember glancing at it while at work and after seeing it was a monthly “payment” site, I basically said, “Screw that.” Little .

I don’t even know where to being … I know I started with that line on my last blog post, but damn. Life kinda blew up in my face on Monday. I am now unemployed. Yes. I was fired. I have never, in the last seven years of holding a job, ever been told that someone didn’t like my personality, how I did things or dealt with customers. OK, so they didn’t use those exact words, but they might as well have. I am glad to be gone from there, but also sad to leave. Although I have held other positions in that time frame, I’v.

“What is ‘Dr. Van Der Hoog?’” Dr. Van Der Hoog is a popular Dutch skincare brand from the Netherlands. My Dutch friend, (who is  the reason this review is even possible) Renee, was nice enough to send me some of the Dr. Van Der Hoog facial masks through the mail. So tonight, since I have nothing better to do with my time, I thought I’d bust one out and give it a “first impressions” try. “Well, what happened?” Wow … it smells, and not in a good way. But let’s get back to the firs.

Ugh … I don’t even know where to begin. If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it twice … “life shouldn’t be so damn hard.” It is true, (and obvious to those who’ve been paying attention) that I took a week away from the site. But it wasn’t on purpose, nor did I intend too. That’s unfortunately just how things worked themselves out. I did, and still do, have quite a few things started in the posting process, but sadly nothing is finished yet. Though I can say that it is well on its way..

“What is ‘Buyers Remorse?’” Well I think it’s pretty self explanatory, but basically it’s my blog version of the popular YouTube tag, “Products I Regret Buying.” Let’s face it, not everything we buy will workout, whether we want it to or not. Forking out cash doesn’t always mean you’ll love what you paid for, or get what you were expecting. So I thought now would be as good a time as any, to share with you some of my most unloved products and/or fashion miss-finds. Please remembe.

Oh God, here’s goes nothing … I haven’t been to the gym in months, but I’m tired of feeling like a fat kid. Sorry if you’re a fat kid, but believe me I know how it is. I didn’t say that to hurt anyone’s feelings, and I hope you can take a little sarcasm and joking here, because we’re going to need it to get through all these “fat busting” hurdles. Last time I hit the gym is took me three months to lose 10 pounds. Why? Because most of what I did was walk. At first I had a hard time g.

I’m sure just like anyone else, I find it hard to turn on the television at any hour of any day, without seeing a commercial every five seconds for Proactiv. So and so’s face, (insert popular celebrity here) is always plastered across the screen, happily hocking the acne medication. But the looming question is, “does it really work?” The answer is, yes. “Why didn’t you post anything on August 3nd?” I’m trying, I swear! For the future of this site I do plan to post something everyday, but for right now we’re still working out the kinks and waiting on the new camera.
